I’m so thrilled to see Genuss Konditorei open its doors! The baked goods are absolutely incredible, beautifully made, perfectly balanced, and crafted with less sugar without sacrificing flavor. As someone with Swiss roots, I’m picky when it comes to pastries, and these truly remind me of the amazing quality you find in bakeries across Switzerland and Germany. Everything tastes homemade in the best way, thoughtful, not overly sweet, and full of care. You can tell there’s real passion and skill behind every item. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something delicious, elevated, and made with heart!

German and Austrians have a delightful culture of coffee and cake. Having spent a good deal of time in those countries, I relish a simple cake (no cream, ganache, just plain sponge cake) with coffee. Genuss Konditorei has been my go to for many years - I have ordered and enjoyed the marble cake or Gugelhupf, swiss roll with apricot marmalade (all made fresh), blueberry cake and more. What I love is that the bakes are made of the highest quality ingredients, are soft, airy, and low in sugar. (I have a sugar monitor so that helps me keep track). My friends and family have enjoyed these bakes, have requested more and are complimentary of the taste, light sweetness and airy texture. Please do not compare these to cakes at grocery stores, or big bakeries whose cakes are loaded with artificial ingredients and sweetness. Enjoy this European bakery with friends and family and bring smiles to everyone's faces.

Everything made by Genuss Konditorei is delicious, beautiful to look at and pure and wholesome. I am German and am familiar with German and Austrian baked goods, these are authentic tasting and looking without the high calories and saturated fats. Additionally, all products are organic and toxin free. A wonderful and impressive treat for family and friends.
